TOKYO, Japan (4th FIBA Asia Cup): East Asian teams China and Chinese Taipei set up a clash for the fifth place after winning their respective games in the 5-8 Classification on Friday, the penultimate day of the 4th FIBA Asia Cup.

Chinese Taipei began the day’s proceedings beating Uzbekistan 86-70 (Game Details) and China followed suit with a similarly facile 78-63 (Game Details) win against Lebanon.

Uzbekistan and Lebanon will play off for the seventh place.

All play-off games are scheduled for Saturday, the final day of the 4th FIBA Asia Cup.
